Cyndi Larrimore--President
Cyndi Larrimore is the parent of The Gremlin and has been a part of TXJRD since 2023. She has worked as an elementary and middle school math and science teacher with Austin Independent School District since 2000. A native of north Texas, she moved to Austin in 1998. Cyndi served as TXJRD's Secretary from 23-25 and has been serving as President since 2025. She is the event coordinator and fundraising chair for TXJRD. She is a long-time Austin roller derby fan, often catching the Texas Rollergirls Sunday night bouts at Playland in the early days and is currently involved with Austin Roller Derby, a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for local roller derby. She is also Board Secretary of the Crockett High School Theatre Troop.
Brimm Walker--Vice President
Brimm Walker is the parent of Machingbird and has been involved with TXJRD since 2021. A massage therapist and owner of Analog Massage, he's lived in Austin since 2005. He's worked with Keep Austin Beautiful, The Trail Foundation, Friends of Barton Springs and Tree Folks. Brimm is also a Travis County Master Gardener.
Melissa Williams --Treasurer
Melissa Williams is the parent of Chaos and has been a part of TXJRD since 2023. She has lived in the Austin area since 1984. For the past 6 years, she has worked for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) as a Regional Coordinator for their Housing Choice Voucher Section 8 program and Veterans Administration Supportive Housing (VASH) program. Before working for TDHCA she was an Eligibility Specialist with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin's Housing Choice Voucher Section 8 Program for 13 years.
Yolanda Romanelli --Secretary
Yolanda Romanelli is the parent of Kitty and Puppy and has been a part of TXJRD since 2022. She is a Montessori Educator at Austin’s first Public Montessori school and a published author of the Monarch Readers. She has lived in Austin since 2010 and has been involved with TXJRD’s Community Engagement Committee and coordinating our participation in the Austin Pride Parade. Yolanda is a Girl Scout troop leader and plays competitive tennis and participates in many tournaments throughout the year.
Melissa "T" Thomas Owen --Board Member
Melissa Thomas-Owen is the parent of Summer Heat and J Wallop Heat and has been a part of TXJRD since 2023. She has lived in the Austin area since 2003 and is originally from Louisiana. She is a homeschooling Mom and can usually be found backstage of the kiddos theater shows. She and her family love spending times in nature.
Natalie Duvall--Board Member
Natalie Duvall is the proud parent of HElle Panda, and has worked 20 years in the semiconductor industry on the sales and marketing side. She has four children and has become a master of logistics and pivoting. Her four kids have provided many opportunities for her to serve in officer roles on Parent's Associations, room parent and volunteer roles. She loves watching her children play sports, enjoy nature and the arts. In her spare time, she plays tennis, hikes, and takes a nap where she can. She is very excited to embark on this roller derby journey while learning the ins and outs of the sport.
Pam Reid-McKay--Board Member
Pam Reid-McKay couldn't be prouder of skater Mad Maple and to be a part of this amazing Derby community since spring 2024. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she has lived in Austin since 2011. Pam is employed by LISD as a student teacher in a Kindergarten classroom while she finishes her degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves yoga, reading, and spending time with her dog. She has enjoyed volunteering and learning the Penalty Box Timer position at various TXJRD events, and is looking forward to getting more involved this year!
Chantell Kirwyn--Board Member
Chantell Kirwhy is the proud parent of Rudy Attitudy and has been a big supporter of TXJRD behind the scenes since 2023. Chantell "Crazy Dukes" Kirwyn is an original Texas Rollergirl from 2003 in Austin! Chantell and her teammates started the sport of flat track roller derby! Chantell also owns her own business, Fusion Environmental Group, and has served on the board of Women in Business here in Austin. She is a mover and a shaker in the Austin community and she has a big heart for young skaters at TXJRD!
Lauren Davis--Board Member
Lauren Davis is the parent of Calamity Jane and has been a part of TXJRD since 2025. She runs Alkali Marketing, where she has helped hundreds of mission driven organizations achieve their goals for more than 2 decades. Lauren grew up on blades instead of wheels in Philadelphia, but has lived in Austin since 1998 and is beginning to find her quad skating sea legs. She is excited to harness her passion for planning joyful activities into TXJRD's social and community engagement committee.
Cynthia Fedor--Board Member
Cynthia is the proud parent of roller derby skater Ankle Biter and TXJRD’s resident merch-design enthusiast. As a Realtor and Broker Associate at Compass specializing in Austin real estate, she channels that same local passion into building community. Though a broken elbow temporarily paused her own quad skating journey, her love for the culture—and TXJRD’s delightfully inclusive "little weirdos"—remains unstoppable. When she isn't busy designing cool gear to help skaters show off their Black & Blue Bonnets pride, you can find her giving back to the community. She's an active member of her kid's school PTA and serves on the Guardian Angel Committee for the Center for Child Protection, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing trauma for child abuse victims in Travis County.
